2 Ingredient High Protein Tortillas

Updated: Jan 26, 2023

High Protein homemade tortilla
15 g of Protein in just the wrap alone

These are satiating! You can also wrap whatever filling you want. I would say not to expect flour tortilla texture, these come out more sponge texture instead. When I first tried these, I used a simple pulled spiced chicken filling and they went down really well and kept me full for far longer than I was expecting!

Being mainly egg these should freeze well but I've yet to try it. I would recommend eating these pretty much the same day.

Suitable for Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian

Notes:

These tortillas don't stay in shape as well as a flour tortilla so you may need something like cling film or foil to hold the wrap together.
