Exclusive Armoured Muscle follow along workout. Let's hit your obliques and core strength with this short but intense TABATA style workout. You'll do 3 rounds with me but you can do more if you like. Allow 30 mins for the demo, nifty warm up, the workout and a quick cool down. An ideal workout for busy schedules. The high intensity part is only 15 mins long. Grab a light kettlebell, dumbbell or other weight object (2-10 kg) for this fast paced workout. Have a drink on hand and let's get started on a short targeted oblique workout.
