Gym Induction

Service Description

Get started on your fitness journey with Armoured Muscle’s gym induction. This optional service is perfect for those who are new to the gym or just need a refresher. Meet our friendly staff at the gym reception upstairs and we will show you around the gym, explain how to use the equipment, and answer any questions you may have. With our gym induction, you’ll feel confident and ready to achieve your fitness goals. If you need more specific advice on workouts or exercise relating to an injury please make it known to the staff so that a Personal Trainer can be in touch to advise. Inductions are mandatory for under 16's wishing to use the gym.
