Get your sweat on, rain or shine with the best Bootcamp fitness class in Watton. Led by an Ex-Military Instructor! Making the most of interval style training and teamwork training, you'll use a range of body weight and free weight exercises to get your heart pumping. Great to get active, build muscular endurance, functional strength and meet new people. Block bookings available on request. Ladies and Gentleman all welcome from ages 14 - 69. No fitness experience needed as each exercise can be progressed or regressed to suit your ability and injuries. We advise bringing a mat or towel to the class. Subject to successful completion of a PARQ and Class Register. Taking place at the Watton Sports Centre on an available sports field. Free parking and toilets available. Coffee van often on site. 24 hrs notice to cancel required. Cancellation by fault of instructor will be refunded or rescheduled.
