Service Description
Let's explore a range of aspects and training methods that contribute to better running. What does better running look like? In a nutshell, improved running efficiency, stronger strides, and a more powerful, more coordinated body. We will utilise a range of training styles to focus on 3 main aims: -Strengthen your tissues to prevent injury and generate power. -Improve your running economy. -Develop your neuromuscular coordination. There are a wide range of training methods which we will visit in order to help either build you a strong foundation for safe and effective running, or to supplement your existing training. Classes are held at Armoured Muscle Gym Studio, located at Dereham Rd, IP25 6EZ. Book your place online. T&C's - Open to ages 14 - 69. - Due to the nature of training Armoured Muscle may not be able to accommodate people with disabilities. - Subject to completion of PARQ (available at session and online). - 24 hrs notice to cancel required. Cancellation by fault of instructor will be refunded or rescheduled.
