Service Description

Putting the FUN into FUNCTIONAL, the kettlebell is an efficient tool with which we can help you to increase your physical and mental fitness, filling in many of the gaps which are often overlooked or missed through other forms of training. After all, life rarely takes place in just one plane of motion. The main example of this is the muscular and joint strength, stability and balance that is trained throughout natural motions of the body which other machines or free weights don’t always allow. This can: ● Serve to bolster your regular training in the gym, making your regular lifts stronger or your runs easier as you increase strength in unstable positions and training your strength and cardio endurance. ● Help to build a solid foundation and reduce the risk of injury for both muscles and joints. ● Make tasks in daily life much easier due to the functional nature of kettlebell training. Steel your body and train your mettle with this 1 hour Kettlebell-based class. Open to individuals of all levels of fitness, this class will help you to elevate your functional strength, build foundational stability and develop explosive power, which are all required by the body throughout life. T&C's - Open to ages 14 - 69. - Due to the nature of training Armoured Muscle may not be able to accommodate people with disabilities. - Subject to completion of PARQ (available at session and online). - 24 hrs notice to cancel required.
